Hi I'm new to this site, I have a 85 xj700 maximum x yamaha that had a blown motor a rod through the block so I found a good motor to put in it but the alternator wire plug was cut off so I cut the bad motor 1 off to splice on an found out it's not colored coded so I don't know were the wires should go n I don't have the old one to look at it's the only peace I threw out any help would be very appreciated thanks
