Gay? probably a little, lol, but seems it would be pretty good for safety.

Just FYI, on a bike, they say most accidents happen when cars pull out in front of you. (because they don't see you). I have always wired a flasher on the high beam lamp to flash at all times when the lights aren't on. (day time).
It's legal to do this in California, other states I don't know but I would still do it!
