I have a 2015 viking VI which I dearly love with the exception of the noise level. Has viking done any thing to reduce the noise level. I have to wear ear plugs. if yes can I retro fit the 2015.

Did you buy it used? Maybe someone messed with the muffler, like removed the spark arrester or something??

The newer models come with a noise reduction kit that essentially makes a “firewall” between the seats and the front of the dump box to isolate the engine more (it works quite well). This could be ordered through a dealer and retrofitted on your SxS
