Hi there,
I recently bought a DT50 for restoration, and after taking it home I noticed there was no oil in the motor and filled it half way up just for a quick spin and condition check.
I then noticed that after riding for a while, oil starts to slowly leak from a small hole on the magneto side of the motor (as you can see in the pictures).
After a couple of rides, I checked the oil again and it had turned slightly white, indicating that water from the radiator is getting mixed with the oil.
I'd like to know if the water leak can increase the pressure and in turn make the oil get out from what I suppose is a vent hole, or if possibly something is broken in the transmission side.

Thanks in advance.

Drain oil , completely . Change oil filter and inspect for debris ... Check for obvious water contamination ... measure what comes out . Could be overfilled . Re- fill with proper amount and viscosity ... let us know ....
