Looking for solutions for exhaust gas fumes coming into cabin from either under the seat our exhaust outlet in front of drivers side rear wheels.

It looks like all of the parts are in their proper place and clamped together per the manufacturers exhaust system diagram.

Is there an exhaust gas re-routing modification available for the 2020 drive2 PTV?

Makes me wonder if it's running right?? It doesn't smoke or anything does it?

Coming from a Yamaha electric to a 2022 quiet tech I experience the same thing. Not bad all the time but can smell it occasionally. Probably worse when windshield is not folded down. Love the cart though!

The Drive2 PTV gas engine is the best gas engine in the golf cart market. But it is a gas engine and it does emit an odor when it is cold. Once it warms up, that odor is not quite as noticeable. When the windshield is the up position, the back draft causes that smell when you first take off. Keep your split windshield in the down position and it won't be as noticeable. All gas engines enrich the air/fuel ration to get the engine rpms up to get the cart going. You will notice an odor whenever you take off or coast to stop. When the windshield is in the up position, the back-draft is quite remarkable. Attach a flag to the basket and watch it when driving with the windshield up and the windshield down and see the flags reaction to gauge the degree of back-draft.

Has anyone found an exhaust extension? I was thinking a slip on tubing that would have a 90 degree bend & then extend to the driver's side. I've heard if you go straight back, it would go in the cabin more. We have an enclosure the cold & the fumes are TERRIBLE. I must say this is much worse since putting on a lift kit. With the Quietech covers off the bottom, that let's a lot more inside the cabin.

I am having a similar problem with my new 2022 Quiwtech. Strong exhaust smell every time I drive it. Has only 11 hours on it. I had the dealer look at it. They claimed they removed and reinstalled the exhaust, found no problem. I drive with the windshield up. About ready to sell it. I became nauseous driving it today.
