O.k. I bought a used 2019 with only about 34 hours on it. The previous owner had just had the oil changed and the governor adjusted. Could the adjustment to the governor cause this smell? I know nothing about this except how to ride. lol. I had a 2012 yamaha g29 before and it never smelled this bad. I'm talking i have a headache after i ride for a while. Also the bottom of the seat gets extremely hot. Any ideas? I don't feel like this is normal. Previous owner never had issue with the exhaust smell.

Welcome to the forum , Sorry , we can't smell what you are describing ..., It could be something in the fuel , the oil . I used to use Brute cologne on my race car air filter . Sure messed with tech inspectors ...LOL.. inspect the fuel tank , the oil consistency , and condition . Look in air filter box for dead mice .....,
