Hello there,
A while back I disassembled my YZ250F’s engine and I have been slowly putting it back together whenever I had the time. When I was trying to reassemble the clutch tho I had a problem. My manual and also Yamaha’s part shop show the clutch differently to how my one is. They are quite similar but I have 3 parts more than I should (see image). I tried assembling the clutch the way they showed it in the manual but now it doesn’t separate the engine all the way so I was wondering if anyone here maybe knows what I’m supposed to do with those 3 parts?

Your clutch should look exactly like the blueprint you provided. I would guess that you have assembled it wrong unless you have some strange aftermarket parts installed. If you're completely stuck on it you could give it to an MC mechanic and tell him to assemble it for you. Not sure what the price would be for that though.
