2003 GP1300R will only run for about 5 seconds when I put gas directly into cylinders

The jet ski was running fine when we parked it in the garage 10 years ago. We had every intention of using it regularly but didn't. It was stored with some gas in the tank and no stabalizer. Where should I start?
