I've got a 2002 YZ250F that I did a trade on. We have compression and spark but cant get it to turn over. Bump starting approach not working (locks up and skids on road).
Not sure if CDI is functioning or if carb needs cleaned (previous owner said the carb was new). Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
