Happy new year! I've got a 1995 Phazer II ST. Runs great and I mainly use it for ski touring and some occasional boondocking. It's my first and only sled bought 8 years ago and have no reason to upgrade to a bigger/newer machine. I'd like to squeak out a little better suspension and deep(ish) snow performance. I know folks modify these things, and there is a lot of knowledge out there. I would really appreciate some help with what parts fit and which to buy.

1) Are there any front shocks off another machine with a bit more travel that will fit the phazer?

2)Skis are deteriorating and need to be replaced. I'd like to find a pair that are a bit better for deeper snow.

3) Rear shock is shot, I'd like to find a replacement, and I would also consider the drop bracket mod if folks think highly of it.

4) Anyone know of a track that will fit off another machine? Bigger paddles would be great.

Thanks for the help. I'm a newb, but have loads of experience working on engines and suspension. Just trying to fast track my parts order with some help from those with experience.
