V150 Alarm when engine is running

Have question about a Yamaha 2004 V150TLRC. the alarm is going off with engine running. unplugged both oil tanks from system the AUX tank at the plug on tank and the main tank from the CPU alarm still goes off.. Flushed engine with Star brite 92600 Descaling Motor Flush for about 2 hrs with an 800GPH bilge pump when i unplug the connector that controls the Thermo Switch the alarm goes off. is that saying i need to replace the Thermo Switchs or is there something else that it could be? if anyone can help that would be great.

My guess it is that switch, if it's a single wire switch try grounding the wire, if it alarms then I'm going with 99% it's the switch. If 2 wires connect together with a paper clip or whatever...same thing...
